My name is Reski Alfiansyah. I am from Indonesia and I have been in Boston for 8 months. At UMass Boston, I really enjoy studying Mathematics and the Campus Center. It has everything a student needs from food to books. One of the things I like the most about studying at UMass Boston are the people. They are just like my friends! When I first arrived in the USA, I was a little bored because I didn’t have any friends and it made me homesick. The Navitas staff really helped me a lot with adjusting to life here and I think Boston is a good suitable home for Indonesian students. Overall, I would recommend the Navitas program to all my friends and family back in Indonesia.
