Payment Options

New Students

To accept your UMass Boston ISSP offer you must pay the acceptance deposit which is stated on your offer letter. Receipt of payment confirms your acceptance of the offer and your documents will be forwarded to the University of Massachusetts Boston for official acceptance to the University of Massachusetts Boston ISSP.

Following your acceptance you will receive an Admissions Letter and I-20 from the University of Massachusetts Boston. You must present these documents along with your original bank statements or financial funding to a USA Embassy in your home country when applying for an F-1 student visa*. Allow sufficient time for the issue of your student visa before the commencement of your program. This time frame may vary from country to country.

*Students must first pay the SEVIS fee on-line at the SEVIS website in order to schedule a visa appointment at a USA Embassy.

Your next payment for tuition fees will be due within 21 days upon obtaining your student F-1 visa or upon first day of orientation, whichever is earlier.

New & Continuing Students

Your tuition and associated fees must be paid prior to the commencement of classes each semester.

Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars to Navitas USA Boston by credit card, bank check, cashier check, wire transfer through direct deposit or telegraphic transfer to the following account:

Payment Instruction

If you pay by direct deposit or wire transfer, you must provide UMass Boston ISSP with proof of payment (such as a receipt). Please include the student’s full legal name and UMass Boston ISSP ID found in the upper right hand corner of the Letter of Offer on the transfer for reference. No personal checks or cash are allowed.
